WINTER DULDRUMS! SING! SING! SING!
If you are age fourteen or older and can easily carry a tune
you are invited to be part of the renowned St. Joseph’s Choir.
Male voices are particularly needed at this time however, all voices are invited!
The choir has the privilege of enhancing the sung worship each Sunday at the 10:30 mass, Holy Week, First Eucharist ,
Confirmation, and Christmas Eve. They just sang the most glorious music for the highest Holy Days of the liturgical year. A schola is currently singing at the First Communion celebrations.
If not quite sure this is for you , why not attend the choir's next rehearsal on Wednesday evening
at 7 PM in room 254
in the newly renovated choir rehearsal room on the
second floor of theParish Center.
You are promised a most enjoyable evening!
You may also call Dr. Drohan at 631-539-0957 or send an e-mail to choraldirector@stjbabylon.org. You may also see her in the choir loft after the 9:00 or 10:30 Sunday mass or come to rehearsal on Thursday in room 254 of the Parish Center.
(The room has an institutional air purifier
which filters 1200 square feet per hour)

“How good You are God, how I love to sing your name;
It is music, full of harmony.
It fills my heart with happiness to be with you,
What a wonder, what a joy to be!
I sing You to the world around me. My lips rejoice to say Your name.
And when I die, my heart will go on singing you!”
