Our Parish has been affiliated for the last few years with the Gallup Organization: not with their political polling division, but with their Faith Practice Division. Yes! George Gallup, Jr. was a very wise and spiritual man who believed that church communities could benefit from proven scientific research. We here at St. Joseph have joined with scores of parishes nationwide to help our members and their families to grow as Jesus Himself grew: in wisdom, age and grace. One of the things we have learned over the last few years is how important it is for spiritual leaders to inquire regularly of church members: "how's your spiritual life and relationship with Jesus going?” So I'm asking you to consider these 4 items:

• Are you confident that you are using your strengths to their top capacity?
• Are you ready to be surprised and affirmed in what God is doing in you already?
• Are you feeling called to take a step forward by growing in faith?
• Are you looking to put your talents to work in new ways, with new energy?
