1. category: Appetizer, Soups, Main Dishes, Desserts, Side Dishes, etc
2. your name and contact info
3. the recipe in order of ingredients used
4. temperature, cookware size and # servings
5. Use name of ingredients in directions: for example "Combine flour and sugar"
NOT Combine first three ingredients
